Unable to open any file, including the sample, in multi-user mode

Resolution

Sage 50 2023 uses version 8.0.27 of MySQL Connector/ODBC 8.0. If a newer version is installed, files will not open in multi-user mode.

Right click on the start menu and choose Apps and Features.
Uninstall MySQL Connector/ODBC 8.0.
Install the 8.0.27 version of MySQL Connector/ODBC 8.0 using the following links
- https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/get/p/10/file/mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.27-winx64.msi
- https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/get/p/10/file/mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.27-win32.msi
Company files will now open in mutli-user mode as normal.
