How do I change a user's preferred language?

Resolution

  1. Open the company file with the sysadmin user.
  2. At the Home window, from the File menu, choose Switch to single-user mode. If you are already in single-user mode, skip to step 4.
  3. Click Yes.
  4. In the Home window, from the Configuration menu, choose Configure Users & Roles.
  5. In the Enter Password window, enter your current password.
  6. In the Users & Roles Configuration window, select the user you want to edit and click Edit.
  7. Select the French language in the Language Preference option at the top right.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Close.
