How do I change a user's preferred language?

Resolution

Open the company file with the sysadmin user.
At the Home window, from the File menu, choose Switch to single-user mode. If you are already in single-user mode, skip to step 4.
Click Yes.
In the Home window, from the Configuration menu, choose Configure Users & Roles.
In the Enter Password window, enter your current password.
In the Users & Roles Configuration window, select the user you want to edit and click Edit.
Select the French language in the Language Preference option at the top right.
Click OK.
Click Close.
