Summary

The new Outlook preview is not sending Sage 50 paystubs, invoices, or statements.

Cause

Outlook Preview emailing is not supported with Sage 50

Resolution

Close Sage 50.
Open Outlook.
On the top right-hand corner, change Try the new Outlook to Off.
Once the old Outlook is loaded, the emails that haven't been sent will be in the Outbox.
Open Sage 50. New emails will now be sent.
