Sage BusinessVision version 7.2 and above has the User Log feature that keeps track of who logs in and when logs in.
If this feature is turned on, the same user ID cannot log into the same set of company data twice. If Sage BusinessVision closed or hung during processing, the user log file (Userslog.btr) may assume that the user is still logged in.
To clear the user ID from the Users Log, follow this procedure:
User will now be able to log in with the user ID.
Option II: If another user ID is not available, delete the Userlog.btr file.
