  • You need an internet browser or mobile app to access Sage Accounting. You have to install Sage 50 on your computer.

  • Two years of transactions will migrate from an existing Sage 50 company file to Sage Accounting (only available in Sage Accounting Plus).
  • Sage Accounting requires entering journal entries to close the revenue and expenses to retained earnings. Sage 50 automates the process.
  • Sage Accounting doesn't allow reporting on foreign currency bank account balances. Sage 50 offers reporting on both the home currency and foreign currency bank balances.
