T4 summary and Relevé 1 (RL-1) totals are not matching the Deduction and Expenses report

The T4 summary and RL-1 totals will not match the deduction and expense report if inactive employees are included. 

Select the Include inactive employees checkbox when processing the tax form to get the amounts to match.
