• You are logged into Sage 50 Pro with a username other than sysadmin
• Bank Feeds is not available to any other user other than sysadmin when using Sage 50 Pro - regardless if giving full accounting rights

Options:

1. Always use Sage 50 Pro with the sysadmin username
2. Upgrade to Sage 50 Premium or higher
