Description

Cause

  • Incorrect information entered on transaction
  • Report options incorrect.
  • Transaction imported from 3rd party software.

Resolution

  1. Look up a specific transaction that is not showing on the project income report.
  2. Check if there is a check on project allocation
  3. Verify if the date on the transaction falls in the date range of the report run.
  4. Verify if the transaction is allocated to right project and account.
  5. Adjust the transaction and correct the allocation, the accounts used, or the date if they are not correct.
  6. Repost the transaction.
  7. Verify that the transaction now shows on the project income report.
