How do I enable or disable a bank account in Sage Bank Feeds?

Resolution

When you connect to Sage Bank Feeds and add an account, the account's status is Enabled, which means you can download transactions. You can also disable a bank account. At any time, you can change an account's status from Disabled to Enabled.

Note: If you have already downloaded transactions and disable an account, any transactions that you downloaded are not affected by disabling the account.

To disable a bank account after downloading transactions:

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click Enabled beside the bank account to it change to Disabled.
