Resolution

Error: Your student version has expired

If your version is now stating that it is expired, it could be due to a previous version being installed on your computer. Follow these 3 steps and your software will work for another 14 months from today.

Uninstall the software
Download this utility: http://simplydownload.accpac.com/downloads/SimplyAccounting/students/StudentVerCleanUp.zip
Re install the program using all the same codes.

Product is asking for an account ID to install

If during the activation process, it is asking you for an account ID number that was not in the registration email, the software is likely detecting a previous install of Sage. In order to proceed follow the steps below:

Uninstall the software
Download this utility: http://simplydownload.accpac.com/downloads/SimplyAccounting/students/StudentVerCleanUp.zip
Re install the program using all the same codes.

You will then be able to activate without having to enter an account ID

Activation Codes are invalid

Double-check the version of Sage that you have installed, as well as the codes that you registered for. Chances are they do not match. If you return to the registration page, make sure to select the exact product that you have installed for a new set of codes that will work.

I registered but did not receive my key code

First check your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, register again and ensure you have the correct email address listed
Wait for the registration email at least 24 hours

How long will the student version last?

Your student version will last for 14 months. This should be enough time to complete your Sage 50 course. Should you require additional time, please speak to your instructor.

How many licenses are included with the school’s license?

There is no limit to the amount of installs with the school’s copy of the program.
