Error: Your student version has expired

If your version is stating that it's expired, there's a previous version of the program on your computer. Follow these three steps and your software will work for another 14 months.

1. Uninstall the software.
2. Download this utility.
3. Re-install the program using all the same codes.

The product is asking for an account ID to install

This happens when the software is detecting a previous install of Sage 50. Follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall the software.
2. Download this utility.
3. Re-install the program using all the same codes.

You’ll then be able to activate without having to enter an account ID

Activation Codes are invalid

Verify the version of Sage 50 that you have matches the codes that you registered for. Return to the registration page and select the exact product that you have for a new set of codes.

I registered but didn't receive my key code

• Check your junk/spam folder. If the codes aren't there, register again and ensure you're using the correct email address
• Wait for the registration email at least 24 hours

How long will the student version last?

Your student version will last for 14 months. This is enough time to complete your Sage 50 course. If you require more time, speak to your instructor.

How many licenses does the school’s license include?

There’s no limit to the number of installations with the school’s copy of the program.
