Print multiple direct deposit stubs as one PDF file

Summary

In Sage 50, you can print all direct deposit payroll stubs into a single PDF file instead of separate files.

Resolution

  1. Open the Payroll Cheque Run window.
  2. Select Report & Form Options.
  3. Choose Direct Deposit Payroll Stubs.
  4. In Printer Form Settings, under Printer, select the correct PDF printer driver.
  5. Under the printer name, click Pre-printed.
  6. Click OK to save the settings.
  7. Return to the Payroll Cheque Run and click Print Direct Deposit Stubs.
  8. On the Sage 50 – Confirmation screen, click Print All.
  9. Enter a file name and save the PDF.
    • The PDF will include all pay cheque stubs in one file.
