Cannot overwrite backup when closing Sage 50

Folder has read only permissions

You are doing your backup in the company.SAJ folder

1. Remove any backups from SAJ folder
2. Remove read only permissions on company folder.
3. Remove company.SAJ from Location in the backup path.
