  • How to extend the number of digits used for account numbers to provide additional room to create more accounts
  • Adding accounts using account number greater than 6000

Resolution

This feature can be done if the data is in Premium or Quantum only

  1. Go to Setup in the home window of Sage 50.
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select General
  4. Select Numbering
  5. Change the Ending Number of the Expense to 9999.
  6. Click OK
