Cause

Settings for Direct Deposit number is incorrect

Resolution

  1. Go to Setup, Settings, Company, Forms
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Under Banking, Direct Deposit Stubs
  4. Change the Employee number to the correct one.
  5. Also Direct Deposit number for Supplier can be changed.
