Cause

Previously Activated, the setting is not there
Replaced with Update Service Plan

Resolution

Note: Once Activated the setting to Unlock Auto Payroll is no longer available. It will be replaced by Update Service Plan.

Select Update Service Plan.
Verify Account ID.
Select Check service plan.
