Summary
This article guides you through resetting your Sage account using Sage 50 Canadian Edition.
Resolution
Sage 50 is not installed:
- Go to https://account.sso.sage.com and click Forgot Password.
- Follow the wizard to reset your password.
Sage 50 is installed:
- While in the latest version of Sage 50, on the Welcome startup window, go to Connect to a Shared Company.
- Go to File, Connect to a Shared Company.
- Enter your Sage account email address and click Forgot Password.
- If you don't see Forgot password, click Log in as a different user
- Check your email for the password reset link.
- Make sure to check junk/spam mailboxes
- If you don't receive the email contact support
- If you close or leave, the page you have to start the process over
- Enter and confirm a new password.
- Log in with your new password in Connect to a Shared Company.
