How to move the company data from one location to another on the computer

How to move a Sage 50 Accounting company file from one location to another on the computer.

1. Find the location of the file in Sage 50 by going to File, Properties, click the blue hyperlink next to Location:
2. In the directory, highlight both the SAJ folder and the corresponding SAI file.
3. Right-click the highlighted area, then select Copy.
4. Browse to the directory on the hard drive that will store the data.
5. Right-click in the window, then select Paste in the directory.

Note: When pasting the files, don’t select a file or folder. Select anywhere in the white area.
