Summary
Payroll not calculating vacation for employees. Vacation doesn’t show in gross pay.
Cause
- Linked account for vacation owed is blank
- Linked account for vacation earned is blank
- The income is set not to calculate vacation
Resolution
- Select Setup, Settings, Payroll, Linked Account, Income.
- Select the account under Vac. Owed:
- Select the account for Vacation Earned
- In the sub-menu, select Setup, Settings, Payroll, Incomes
- In the Calc. Vac column, ensure the income for the employee has a checkmark.
