How to solve the error "Sage 50 is unable to process your credit card transaction" in Sage 50 Accounting.
- Click the Windows search button and type Paya Connect Desktop.
- Check the system tray for the PCD icon.

- Reprocess the credit card transaction.
- If the icon does not show up in the system tray:
- Remove and reinstall Sage Exchange Desktop
- If the installation does not work or if further assistance is needed, call 877-470-4001 for a Paya support agent to run the installation repair tool
