  1. Click the Windows search button and type Paya Connect Desktop.
  2. Check the system tray for the PCD icon.

    • If the icon does not show up in the system tray:
      • Remove and reinstall Sage Exchange Desktop
      • If the installation does not work or if further assistance is needed, call 877-470-4001 for a Paya support agent to run the installation repair tool
      • If Sage Exchange is not installed or there is no downloaded file, see the Related resources for the download site
