Description
Sage 300 lets you change remaining balances or enter new accrued balances for employee accruals. Payroll teams adjust accrued earnings directly in Sage 300 employee transaction history.
Resolution
Adjust the accrual balance using an employee transaction entry.
- Go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Double-click Transaction History.
- Enter the employee number.
- Enter the effective date for the change.
- Select the Accrual code you want to adjust.
- Select the Type: Accrual to increase, or Payment to decrease.
- Enter the adjusted amount of money or Hours.
- Click Add to save the entry.
You’ll see the updated amount on the accrual report after saving.
