Can I change the default email message text or subject when sending email in Sage 50 Accounting Canadian Edition?

Resolution

  1. Log in as sysadmin, a single user to make these changes.
  2. Click on Setup, Settings.
  3. Select Company, Email.
  4. Select the type of form and type in the new default message in Message for [form].
  5. Click on OK.

Notes:

  • You can manually change the subject of the email in the Email information pop-up window when sending the form
  • The subject can not be modified when using the batch email feature
