How can I print / email direct deposit payroll slip with 2 stubs?

Notes:

• The only way to print a two stub direct deposit payroll stub is to use the Pre-printed option
• You can't print a two stub payroll deposit stub using the Custom Forms option
• You can't email a two stub direct deposit payroll stub inside Sage 50 but you can print to a PDF printer to generate a two stub file using the format below and then email the file

1. On the main Sage 50 window, click Setup, Reports & Forms....
2. Select Direct Deposit Payroll Stubs.
3. On the right side window, for the Printer Form Settings, select Pre-printed.
4. In the Description, choose 8½x11 in. (short source or item no.) or 8½x11 in. (long source or item no.) whichever suits your needs.
5. Click OK.
