This article shows how to generate Customer Aged or Aged Overdue Sales Invoice reports in Sage 50, detailing methods to organize customer balances by days past due.
Description
These Accounts Receivable Aging reports list all the customers who have unpaid (or partially paid) invoices and they organize their balances according to how many days their invoices are past due.
Resolution
Option 1: Customer Aged Report (all past invoices including paid)
- From the Sage 50 home menu, go to Reports, Customer & Sales (Receivables).
- Select Customer Aged to show all invoices
- Select either the Summary or Detail radio button.
- Click Select All to include all customers or manually select the required customers while holding down the Ctrl key.
- Ensure the Date: is accurate and click OK.
Option 2: Aged Overdue Sales Invoices (only due invoices)
- From the Sage 50 home menu, go to Reports, Customer & Sales (Receivables).
- Select Aged Overdue Sales Invoices to view all overdue invoices.
- Select either the Summary or Detail radio butt
- Click Select All to include all customers or manually select the required customers while holding down the Ctrl key.
- Ensure the Date: is accurate and click OK.
Option 3: Report Centre (no filters)
- Go to Reports, Report Centre, Customers & Sales.
- Select an aging report type:
- Customer Aged Summary
- Customer Aged Detail
- Aged Overdue Sales Invoices Summary
- Aged Overdue Sales Invoices Detail
- Click Create.
- Ensure the Date: field is set appropriately on the generated report.
