Unable to create and adjust general journal entries

1. Log on to data as sysadmin.
2. Go to Setup, Setup Users.
3. In the Set Up Users window, select the appropriate user and click Modify User.
4. In the Rights section, put check mark to the Enter box under Transactions of Accounts/Banking or Accounts & General Ledger.
5. Click OK.
