Unable to allocate a project to a quote or order

Summary

No option to allocate projects to quotes or orders in Sage 50 Accounting.

Resolution

  • There's no transaction record and no amount to allocate when you create a quote or order
  • Create an invoice (sales or purchase) to use the project allocation feature
