How do I change the PDF file name when I email an invoice?

• There are lots of PDF printers available
• Some are free, some have fees.
• Consult with your IT technician for the right PDF printer.
• You can also search the internet for PDF printers (on google, bing, yahoo, etc)

• The name of the PDF file attached in the email when you send the invoice is actually the name of the report template used.
• There is no way to change the name after you click the email button in Sage 50.

Workaround:

1. Download a PDF printer. (Ask your local IT Technician on this topic)
2. Go to Setup, Reports and Forms, Invoices.
3. In Printer Form Settings section, change Printer to the PDF printer.
4. Print the invoice to a PDF file 
5. Change the name of the PDF file you want when you save it. 
6. Attach it to the email.
