The Projects module is missing

The Project module is inactive

1. Go to Setup, Settings, Company, then Features.
2. Check the Project (or Job Site) checkbox under My Company Uses.
3. Select OK.
4. Go to Setup, User Preferences, then View.
5. Check the Project (or Job Site) checkbox under Pages.
6. Check the Project (or Job Site) checkbox under Icon Windows.
7. Select OK.

The Project module has a different name or the name field is blank

1. Go to Setup, then Settings.
2. If there’s a different name for Project (Job Site), select the item below Inventory & Services. Other common names are Divisions, Departments, or Partner.
3. If there's no name below Inventory & Services, select the + sign on the left side of the empty name.
4. Select Names.
5. In the Project Title field, enter the desired name.
6. Select OK.

Corrupt username

1. Delete the user.
2. Re-add the user.
3. Verify that you can access the Projects module.
