  • Preference setting not active

Resolution

  • You can hide certain types of transaction types, such as quotes, orders, projects and packing slips at either the company level or at the user level to help clarify your own workflow within the software

Step 1: Turn on or off the module

  1. Open the company with the Sysadmin login and in single-user mode.
  2. Go to Setup, User Preferences, View.
  3. Check or uncheck the box for the module in question under Pages and Icon Windows.
  4. Click OK.

Step 2: Turn on or off the features

  1. Go to Setup, Settings, Company, then Features.
  2. Under My Company Uses, select the features you wish to turn on or off.
