Show or hide account numbers on reports

Close all windows and switch to single user mode to show account numbers on reports in Sage 50 Accounting.

 Close other windows

1. Switch to single-user mode:
   • In the Home window on the File menu, choose Switch To Single-User Mode
   • Click Yes
2. Close all other Sage 50 Accounting windows:
   • In the Home window on the View menu, choose Close All Other Sage 50 Accounting Windows

To show (or hide) account numbers on reports

1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
2. On the left side of the window, click General (Accounts) and then Numbering.
3. Select the Show account numbers in reports box.

    

4. Click OK.

 NOTE: Account numbers appear in the Trial Balance report only. The income Statement and Balance Sheet reports don't show account numbers.
