How to find a form file in the program?

Method I:

This method can be used if previous installation of Sage 50 or previous version which used this file is still installed.

1. Start Sage 50 Accounting.
2. Go to Setup, Reports & Forms.
3. Choose the appropriate form.
4. For Printer Form Settings: Copy the address in the 'Form' field.
5. For E-mail Form: Copy the address in the 'Form' field.
6. Follow the address to find your form.
7. If the form is not at the address, then the form was either manually moved or deleted.

Method II:

1. Open your version of Sage 50.
2. Go to Setup, Reports & Forms.
3. Choose the appropriate form.
4. For Printer Form Settings: Look at the end of the address in the 'Form' field, there will be the name of the form and its extension. It should be .sfm for Sage 50 forms.
5. For E-mail Form: Look at the end of the address in the 'Form' field, there will be the name of the form and its extension. It should be .sfm for Sage 50 forms.
6. Use the extension to search for the file in your computer.
