What to do if you've purchased or upgraded a recent version of Sage 50.
Resolution
Option 1: Purchased Sage 50 at retail store
- New users who purchased Sage 50 from a retail store, can register the product online using the Sage Customer Portal to get an Account ID
- The serial number is on the disc
Option 2: Already purchased Sage 50 and want the latest product update
- The serial number/activation key is pre-registered
- An optional silent download and product update occurs in the background.

Option 3: If Sage 50 is already Installed
- Go to Help > About Sage 50 > Support Info to access product activation details
