Resolution

Option 1: Purchased Sage 50 at retail store

New users who purchased Sage 50 from a retail store, can register the product online using the Sage Customer Portal to get an Account ID
The serial number is on the disc

Option 2: Already purchased Sage 50 and want the latest product update

The serial number/activation key is pre-registered
An optional silent download and product update occurs in the background.

Serial numbers are different for each version year of the product.

Option 3: If Sage 50 is already Installed

Go to Help > About Sage 50 > Support Info to access product activation details
