Resolution

Update your customer portal profile

Log in to Customer Portal.
Select Manage My Account.
Use the dropdown arrow next to Manage My Account and select Update profile details.

NOTE:

You can log in as the Primary Contact to manage your contacts for your company, or your users can register themselves for Customer Portal access.
