Summary
Troubleshooting and restoring the Microsoft Print to PDF feature when it's not working or visible in the list of printers in Sage 50 Accounting.
Resolution
- Close Sage 50.
- Go to Windows Start and type Control Panel.
- Open the Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
- In the Programs and Features window, click Turn Windows features on or off at the top left.
- Scroll down to Microsoft Print to PDF. Check the box to enable it and click OK.
- If there's already a checkmark in the Microsoft Print to PDF box, remove the checkmark and click OK.
- Reopen the Windows Features dialog and enable Microsoft Print to PDF checkbox and click OK.
- Restart the computer if prompted.
- Open Sage 50 and see if the Microsoft Print to PDF option shows correctly on the list of printers.
