Printing purchase invoices

There's no option to print purchase invoices in Sage 50 Accounting. The vendor provides the original copy of the invoice to enter in the program for record purposes.

Use one of the following alternative options to save a copy of the purchase invoice:

Use the snipping tool

1. Open the purchase invoice.
2. Type snipping tool in the Windows menu search bar.
3. Open the snipping tool and click New.
4. Highlight the invoice with the mouse to take a screenshot.
5. Click the Save icon at the top to save the screenshot.

Print a purchase order instead of an invoice

1. Create a purchase order instead of an invoice.
2. Upon reception of the invoice from the vendor, convert the purchase order to a purchase invoice for your records.
