Create or view Sage support tickets online

Summary

Submit a support ticket online or view the status of the existing tickets for your Sage product.

Resolution

Submit a support ticket via Customer Portal

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Go to Support Ticket and click Create Your Ticket.
  3. Type a short description of the issue.
  4. Choose your Product, Application, and Service Plan.
  5. Choose the Ticket Reason and Sub Reason.
  6. Provide a thorough description of the issue along with the product version.
  7. Click Submit Ticket.

Need to review a previous support ticket? 

  1. Select View your tickets.
  2. Select Open Tickets or Closed Tickets.
  3. Select the ticket you want to view and you can review any notes. 

Need to update an existing support ticket? 

  1. Select View your tickets.
  2. Select Open Tickets. 
  3. Select ticket number you want to update.
  4. Select Edit Ticket.
  5. Enter any notes you want to provide to your support experts.
  6. Select Update ticket to save your changes. 

Need to re-open a closed support ticket?  

As long as it has been within 14 days of the ticket marked closed, you can reopen it. To do so: 

  1. View your Closed Tickets.
  2. Find the ticket you want to open and select it.
  3. Select Reopen Ticket.
  4. Enter notes you want to provide to your support experts.
  5. Select Reopen ticket.
  6. Support experts get notified of the reopened ticket.
