My payroll Year to Date amounts are incorrect

I've just started using the payroll module and my Year to Date amounts are incorrect. I was previously entering payroll information using the General Journal instead of the payroll module. I have made several paycheques already.

Workaround 1:

1. If you are in historical mode, see KB ID: 11631 How to set up the payroll with YTD amounts?
2. Reverse all paycheque entries made through the General Journal window.

Workaround 2:

1. Reverse paycheques entered through General Journal.
2. Enter paycheques through the payroll module.

Workaround 3:

• Wait until next calender year to use the payroll module where it will then calculate into the Year to Date.

Workaround 4: If you already have made several paycheques

• When you create your next payroll cheque, adjust amount for 'This Period' so you have the correct YTD amounts.

Workaround 5: Last calendar YTD was wrong

• Manually enter the missing paycheques as needed with the proper date
  • you are able to post in the previous year and the current year only (2 years)
