ARCHIVED: No history displayed on payroll report

Summary

I can't find payroll history in the payroll detail or summary report however, I had the general journal found and posted to income and expense account in the all journal report

Description

Cause

  • The payroll transaction was posted as a general journal instead of the payroll cheque

Resolution

  • The new payroll cheque must be posted in order to show on the payroll report instead of the General Journal
