Error: "Please enter a valid email address" when emailing customer statements

Summary

When emailing customer statements in Sage 50 Accounting, there's an error: "Please enter a valid email address".

Cause

  • The customer record has more than one email address listed

Resolution

 NOTE: The issue is under investigation. 

  1. Remove one of the email addresses from the Email Address: field.
  2. Try sending the email again.
