Cause
The Pay Now box is checked off for Invoice Payments but you do not have a valid service plan that offers the service
Resolution
You want to include a Pay Now option on my invoices.
Submit your information or call our sales team at 1-888-261-9610 to add an active plan to your account.
You do not use or plan to use Invoice Payments.
Uncheck the box in the Invoice Payments line that says "Include Pay Now option in the email to accept payments."
