Resolution
When you use the 'Forgot your password?' option, we send you a link in an email that you can use to reset your password.
If you don't receive the email, let's see why not and get you back into your Sage account by checking the following:
The email hasn't arrived
Our emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, please check again later.
NOTE: You only receive a password reset email if your account has been registered with us. If you're email has not yet been registered, please use the Create account option instead.
The email is in your spam or junk folder
Your email settings may be set to automatically move no reply emails to your spam or junk folder, check all mailboxes to make sure it hasn't been moved.

The email address may be incorrect
You may have typed your email address incorrectly, we recommend starting the process again, making sure you enter your email address correctly.
If you still don't receive an email, please contact the support team for further advice.
