Summary

Entering an incorrect password 10 times will block your Sage account. You’ll receive an alert "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive log attempts. We’ve sent you an Error: "Your account is blocked has been blocked after multiple consecutive..."email with instructions on how to block it."

Resolution

  1. If your account gets locked, we’ll send you a verification email.
    The message displays that your account is blocked..
  2. Use the link in the email to unlock your account and try logging in again.
     NOTE: If you didn't get the email, verify your email address and check your spam or junk folder. 
  3. Select Forgot password to reset your password.
