When changing your Sage account email address, it will change for all of your Sage products and services.
- Log in to your Sage account.
- Select Email address on the Manage your account screen.
NOTE: If you don’t see the option to change your email, contact your Sage support team. - Enter your new email address, then confirm the new email address.
- Click Continue.
- Make sure the email address is correct. This is the email we'll use to get in touch with you.
- You'll receive an email with a verification code.
NOTE: Check your junk folder and email address if you don't see the 'Forgot your password?' email. - Enter the code and click Verify email.
- Your email address won't change until you've entered the verification code
- Log in with your new email address.
- Your password and multi-factor authentication remain the same unless you choose to change them.
NOTE: Some products use your email address to link to other services. The email change will take a few days to update. We'll contact you if we need to confirm the email change applies to other products or services.
