Invoice Payments through PayPal screen loading loop

Summary

After selecting the PayPal payment service and clicking Connect, the screen infinitely loops and loads.

Resolution

  • We have provided an alternative for PayPal setup in Sage 50 US, Sage 50 Canadian Edition, and Sage 100 ERP:
    • Click to set up PayPal
    • Click the Copy Link button
    • Open any web browser - Paste the link in Chrome or Edge
    • Continue with setting up the wizard
