Sending reports to Excel take a long time

Reports are taking to long to be sent to excel Exporting reports take to long Exporting reports to excel take forever Exporting reports take forever

Option I: Large report

1. Click Modify, Report options
2. Change the Start and Finish date to be smaller in range and just export the report out quickly.
3. Verify that it's quicker to export

Option II:Exporting reports with 4 lines take forever

1. Click Export
2. Change the Save as type at the bottom, change it from Microsoft Excel (*.xlsx) to Microsoft Excel 97-2007 (*.xls)
3. Verify that it was quicker
4. If not keep going to export and keep changing the formats until you find something that is fast to export
5. Check the format to make sure it looks good
   • The type of file 2.1 may lose formatting
