An RBC Express agent is asking for an EFT data file to have a NL$$ in the file qualifier header rather than PROD80$$ The format may need to be changed to $$AA01STD0152PRODNL$$ to support French characters This format is generated with the New Royal Bank format

  • $$AAPDSTD0152[PROD[80$$ is the only header format offered in Sage 50 for the New Royal Bank option
  • Sage 50 does not offer the NL$$ but this is not required for English only characters
