Resolution

When connecting to invoice payments

Disconnect and reconnect invoice payments.

Clear browser data

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Under the General tab, Browsing History section, click the Delete button.
  4. Select only the following items on the list.
  5. Preserve Favourites Website data.
  6. Temporary Internet Files.
  7. Cookies.
  8. Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Passwords item.
  9. Click Delete.
  10. Wait for the message: "Internet Explorer has finished deleting the selected browsing history" to appear at the bottom of the page.
  11. Click Apply.
  12. Click OK.
  13. Close ALL Internet Explorer browser windows.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Settings button (button with three stripes on the upper-right corner of the browser window).
  2. Go to Tools.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. Select the beginning of time on the drop-down menu.
  5. Select only the following items on the list.
  6. Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
  7. Cached images and files.
  8. Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Passwords item.
  9. Click Clear browsing data.
  10. Close ALL Google Chrome browser windows.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click History on the menu bar.
  2. Select Clear Recent History.
  3. Select Everything on the drop-down menu.
  4. Select only the following items on the list.
  5. Cookies.
  6. Cache.
  7. Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Active Logins item.
  8. Click Clear Now.
  9. Close ALL Mozilla Firefox browser windows.

Edge

  1. In the Edge browser URL, bar type 'edge://settings/profiles'.
  2. Go to Privacy, Search, and Services.
  3. Under Delete browsing data, Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.
  4. Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.
  5. Choose to remove browsing history and cookies.
  6. Select Clear now.

Create a new Windows user

  1. Create a new Windows user with admin rights.
  2. Open a Windows session with this user.
  3. Try to sign in with a Sage ID.
