Resolution
When connecting to invoice payments
Disconnect and reconnect invoice payments.
Clear browser data
Internet Explorer
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Click Internet Options.
- Under the General tab, Browsing History section, click the Delete button.
- Select only the following items on the list.
- Preserve Favourites Website data.
- Temporary Internet Files.
- Cookies.
- Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Passwords item.
- Click Delete.
- Wait for the message: "Internet Explorer has finished deleting the selected browsing history" to appear at the bottom of the page.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
- Close ALL Internet Explorer browser windows.
Google Chrome
- Click the Settings button (button with three stripes on the upper-right corner of the browser window).
- Go to Tools.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Select the beginning of time on the drop-down menu.
- Select only the following items on the list.
- Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
- Cached images and files.
- Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Passwords item.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Close ALL Google Chrome browser windows.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click History on the menu bar.
- Select Clear Recent History.
- Select Everything on the drop-down menu.
- Select only the following items on the list.
- Cookies.
- Cache.
- Deselect the rest of the items on the list, especially the Active Logins item.
- Click Clear Now.
- Close ALL Mozilla Firefox browser windows.
Edge
- In the Edge browser URL, bar type 'edge://settings/profiles'.
- Go to Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Under Delete browsing data, Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.
- Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.
- Choose to remove browsing history and cookies.
- Select Clear now.
Create a new Windows user
- Create a new Windows user with admin rights.
- Open a Windows session with this user.
- Try to sign in with a Sage ID.
