Summary

Error: "The available font, MS Sans Serif 8, may not be suitable. If the Home and transaction windows do not display correctly" when creating a company file in Sage 50 Accounting.

Resolution

  1. Go to Windows Start, Control Panel, then Region.
  2. Select the Administrative tab, then click Change system locale.
  3. Uncheck on box Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
  4. Click Ok and reboot the computer.
