Log into a shared company with another Sage ID

Summary

How to switch to a different Sage ID login when connecting to a shared company in Sage 50 Accounting.

Resolution

  1. Close Sage 50.
  2. Open Sage 50. On the Welcome screen, select Connect to a shared company.
  3. On the Connect to a Shared company window, click OK.
  4. Click Log in as a different user.
    Shared Companies task to select the link to log in as a different user.
  5. Enter the Sage ID and password you want to use.
    • If you require administrator control, use the Sage ID assigned to the sysadmin profile
